Information Technology (IT) Manager

The primary responsibility of the IT Manager is to manage technical staff on the delivery on the Company’s information technology strategic plans, policies, programs, and services to achieve corporate goals and objectives. This position is in the Raleigh, NC office and requires reliable and daily attendance in the office. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in informational technology and 4 years in a management capacity with a focus on automation, business process, modeling and improvement.
  • Experience deploying ITIL framework and compliance across an organization.
  • Broad experience across. networks, virtualization, databases, VOIP phone, web application, and IT project management.

 

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical staff for high quality service delivery across multi-discipline end user services.
  • Delivery of the most critical business value in response to the Company’s growth and objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate communications, change management, and delivery of global shared IT services such as collaboration and business specific applications.
  • Ongoing development and execution of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans.
  • Execute short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Own resolution of risk and control issues.
  • Own multi-tiered security of corporate IT systems including servers and endpoint protection.
  • Ensure compliance of auditable systems for SOC1, SOC2, and HIPAA.
  • Own the oversight of guidelines, standards, policies and procedures, and dissemination to users and functional groups.
  • Manage and support complete IT infrastructure (server, client, network, power, Azure, AWS and communications) of global organization.
  • Exercise responsibility for the global helpdesk support functions, with an emphasis on VOC.
  • Manage 3rd party technical integration efforts where necessary, including technology partnerships.
  • Communicate and collaborate across all lines of business including senior executives.
  • Ensure Service Desk Service Level Agreements and guaranteed uptime on infrastructure are met or exceeded.
  • Own asset and inventory management of all Corporate IT server, infrastructure (network, storage, firewall), and desktop/laptop systems.
  • Travel of up to 10% may be required.
