Training Manager

The Training Manager is responsible for conducting training activities for all external and internal field sales force personnel and may also be responsible for conducting training for home office personnel.  This position is responsible for creation of training content, workshops, and other training materials/exercises.  The Training Manager will focus on initial training, ongoing training, training logistics, and employee developmental training. This position is in our Raleigh, NC office.

Minimum Qualifications:

 A Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is required.  At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience is preferred with a demonstrated record of sales success. Two years of training experience is required. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.  Requires above average oral and written communication skills.  Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.  Ability to act independently and to take initiative.  Travel of up to 30% may be required. 

Principal Responsibilities:

Conduct Initial Sales Training for new field-based employees.  This training will be focused on promoted products and corporate policies.

Conduct advanced sales training and lead national and regional meeting workshops and presentations. Create training workshops designed to increase employee product knowledge and sales skills.

Maintain and update all training resources including the Learning Management System (LMS) and Articulate 360. 

Ensure all training activities are fully compliant and in agreement with RedHill organizational guidance and policies.

Conduct field contacts with Territory Consultants with the purpose of providing development through coaching and training updates. 

Partner with sales leadership to provide assistance with regionally focused training initiatives.

Maintain open communication with multiple facets of RedHill business including, but not limited to Marketing, IT, Compliance, HR, Sales, Business Development, Finance, Business Analytics, and leadership.

Maintain expert knowledge of RedHill products and increase understanding of products and marketplace on a consistent basis.
